Two Germans died after taking swine flu jab: state prosecutor to investigate

A 46-year-old man in Wuppertal, Germany, has died one day after receiving the swine flu jab. The man was found dead at midday by his co-workers. The state proseuctor for Wuppertal has ordered an autopsy to be performed, according to a report in Die Welt.
In addition, the Geman newspaper Bild has reported that a 65-year-old woman died in Thuringia following a jab.
In Sweden, at least 8 people have died from the jab.
According to sources, as few as 150,000 jabs have been given to people in Sweden.
The Swedish government does not have a system in place to count the number of swine flu jabs administered but only the number of doses distributed with 2.4 million so far.
