Ron Paul Is Now the Republican Frontrunner

Ron Paul Pulls Into the Lead
The Atlantic notes:
A new poll from Public Policy Polling shows that Ron Paul has taken the lead in the Iowa caucus race, while Newt Gingrich’s support is fading fast. A different Gallup poll shows Gringrich still holding the lead, but slipping, while The New York Times has Paul in the lead as well.
Gingrich has seen his numbers in the PPP poll drop from 27 percent to 14 percent in just three weeks, while his favorability rating is now split at 46 percent for to 47 percent against, the worst of any candidate not named Jon Huntsman.
***
Perhaps the most telling secondary question was, “Do you think Newt Gingrich has strong principles?” Only 36 percent say that he does, but for Paul that number was 73 percent.
While the popularity of other candidates has risen and crashed. Paul’s popularity has steadily and consistently risen:
Why is Mr. Paul so popular?
As I pointed out in September, Americans overwhelmingly want:
■The Federal Reserve to be reined in if not abolished
■The never-ending, open-ended, goalpost-moving wars to stop and the troops to be brought home
■Our liberties to be restored, and the martial law indefinite detention idiocy to be reversed
Paul has consistently championed these three American wishes for three decades. None of the other Republican (or Democratic) candidates are on the right side of history on any of these issues.

These polls are all lies. Just ask the people do you want freedom and to restore the Constitution. IF they say yes, count it as a vote for Ron Paul. Ron Paul has all the votes.

I vote for no one in the USA as I neither live there nor am a citizen. However, US politics do impinge on the rest of the world so I do have the RIGHT to take an interest. It is clear that Paul is the only sane candidate and the only candidate who appears not to heed the current passion for Zionism in the lower and upper political house (which does not represent the 1% of their voting demographic). Do I like Ron Paul and his “values”? No, but he is the best you got by a green mile.

Why is Dr. Paul so popular?
Because he’s the ONLY scholar and statesman who actually studies the issues upon which he speaks.
Because his theories and conclusions are well-thought-out and reasonable.
Because he asks 3 questions on each issue – 1] is it Constitutional? 2- Does it promote personal freedoms? 3- Can we afford it? Unfortunately, the answer to each question regarding most issues that come before congresscritters these days is a resounding NO!
Because he is a peacemaker (as opposed to the psychotic paranoid warmongerers scared by the phantom terrrrisssts hiding under their beds)
History will look back upon Dr. Paul as we now do upon Dr. Martin Luther King and others who fought long and hard for this country. Those people also were vilified by the establishment of their time. We know not the names of their detractors, but we do know King, Mandela, Tutu, Ghandi et al. The same will be true of this time in history – Dr. Paul’s name will shine whilst his establishment detractors will fade into the dustbin of anonymity.

The one issue no candidate will discuss is the fact that our babies have been routinely dumbed down since 1991 by shooting mercury into them via vaccines as soon as they’re born or sooner. Ron Paul fully supports this treachery against our children as he sidesteps the issue every time he is asked about it. This is the most pressing issue in our country. As you might expect, it is never brought up in debates because the Rothschild owned TV networks do not want you to know it exists. Mercury kills brain cells and lowers IQ’s every time you shoot it into a fetus with the mothers’ flu shots. They are trying to convince every pregnant woman to have these shots. Demand that Ron Paul tells the truth about this or you just include him with every other scumbag from the Dems and Reps.

I’ve received my immunizations from the day I’ve been born on schedule, and the only ill effects I have to show for it are a profoundly bored immune system. As an engineering student, I think I can attest that my “rigid regimen” of immunizations has not affected my judgement or thought processes in any negative way. Don’t buy into the hype, and give your kids immunizations so they have a chance at not catching some truly bad bug and disappearing for good.

No conclusive study has even shown a link between kids getting “dumber” and thiomersal/mercury. If you disagree, please provide a credible scientific study that proves your point. As someone who as also had all vaccines since I was a child, I can tell you that you are merely spreading fear and misinformation.

This is the first I’ve heard that vacines contain mercury. What independent lab has found this? It sounds like an urban legend. I’ll believe it when I see it credibly confirmed, and, I’ll wager, Ron Paul will too. Pros and cons of vaccination need to be considered on the basis of evidence and parents of children given good information with which to make informed choices. As for the dumbing down, it’s been going on since long before 1991. I’m 65 and I’m not the sharpest crayon in the box myself (ask my wife!) But, I’ll match my IQ against anyone’s who believes everything they read designed to discredit Ron Paul! Ron paul is honest and he has guts. These two things alone place him head and shoulders above anyone else who has run for decades!

A great amount of information on the dangers of vaccines (including proof of mercury and other dangerous elements in all of them) has been published on the Internet since the recent faux H1N1 scare. Start with naturalnews.com or mercola.com, or search ‘thimerosal’ / ‘autism – vaccines’ / ‘neurotoxicity – vaccines’. You will find hundreds of articles on the dangers (and the lack of effectiveness) of vaccines. It’s important information for your health.
But certainly not a main issue for this election season, unless addressing Dr. Paul’s insistence on personal freedom to choose what we do/do-not put into our bodies.

I believe his supporters will create an uprising of such unprecedented proportion that the establishment will be forced to conduct a real investigate. There would be so much pressure on congress that they would have no choice but to conduct a investigation and it would have to be a real investigation.. Either that or possibly the establishment martial law.

By appealing to tons of bullshit about the Constitution and other patriotic crap, Congressman Ron Paul is able to seduce his brute and ignorant constituency while doing nothing at all in Congress (a clever way to make easy money). He is just part of the establishment while behaving like a “genuine patriot.” Dr. Paul is also a mediocre version of one of Leo Strauss’ categories of society: the Gentlemen
The gentlemen, are lovers of honour and glory. They are the most ingratiating towards the conventions of their society – that is, the illusions of the cave. They are true believers in God, honour, and moral imperatives. They are ready and willing to embark on acts of great courage and self-sacrifice at a moment’s notice.
Besides that, Americans are a bunch of stupid animals easy to manipulate and subdue. In the end, Ron Paul is just another political scam designed to keep entertained these mules.

I would make the argument that Paul has done more in Congress and politics than anyone is a long, long time. He’s managed, despite the armies of the death star and empires amassed against him, to educate and convince his opponents through the use of ideas instead of force; with brains instead of brawn. I admire that very much.
He’s not at all jingoistic nor particularly religious, so you must be confusing him with, say, Michelle Bachmann. Support of the constitution is not patriotic; it’s the support of ideas, and rights, and liberty. How one can be against that so virulently is a mystery to me.

What a bunch of drivel. I can’t say I am surprised, I predict it will get even worse as Ron Paul gains more traction…and he will. The true enemies of freedom and the Constitution will reveal themselves in a panic to maintain the status quo. Obama and Newt are in it for “glory” because they are narcissists. Ron Paul is in it because he has principles, and believes that what the Founding Fathers put together has never been improved on. Only a person with principles would recognize that of course. His supporters are not stupid animals, and we are not manipulated. You are manipulated, by a corrupt system that is eroding our personal liberties and destroying our livelihood and security. You may even be a manipulator, again, a beneficiary of the status quo that sees no reason for things to change.

If you think we’re so stupid and easy to subdue, then come do it. Many of us know what’s going on, and we are waiting for when we have no choice but to stand together…anything before that is exactly what the “powerful people” want. They want an excuse to come down on us and justify their actions. We are not dumb…we are patient, and they will make the mistake of underestimating our resolve. Then, when they send in people like you who think we are idiots, we will show you why we are the world’s largest militia…an army of nearly 100 million legal, practiced gun owners is quite a force to be reckoned with. Good luck with that.

But he’s a sincere man with a lot of good ideas; and, as this article points out, he’s raising issues and making it respectable again to question: war, as our #1 export; bank bailouts, the FED; and the shredding of the constitution; so I say BRAVO to the man.

Why is Dr. Paul so popular? First, he’s consistant. The others tailor their message when they talk to different groups but not Paul. Second, Paul has always voted for small government and individual rights. None of the other have ever come close to his record. Third he walks the walk and talks the talk. I was watching Gingrich when Paul mentioned that he had been married to the same woman for 54 years. Gingrich swollowed hard and grimaced. Fourth, Paul has been warning the people about what is happening to the financial system for decades! Fifth, look at who his enemies are, the major news media, the big banks, and the union bosses. So whos side to you want to be on? Ron Pauls or the big banks?

Fractional reserve banking is the biggest financial fraud in human history. The fact that private banks around the world can print money indefinitely with minimal supervision has led to boom-bust-boom-bust. The money belongs to the people; the people’s representatives – the Government – should be the only entity allowed to create money. But today in the USA the private banks and the FED (which the private banks own outright) – print all the money. The American Government has zero control over the money. FACT.
Fractional reserve banking (FRB) and the FED must be abolished if the human race is to have stability. FRB and the FED are the root of all of the World’s ills today. War, famine, boom & bust, unemployment. What happens in the US influences the way other Governments act in respect of their banking methodology. So the Americans must act to save the rest of the Human Race from financial slavery.
(The uneducated can start screaming now.)
In China, the People’s Bank of China, the Central Bank, which is owned by the Government, controls the Money Supply so tightly that the PRC has experienced 32 years of unbroken 10% GDP growth; unemployment is extremely low; poverty is under 3% compared to the USA with 12%; 300 million people have risen to the ‘so-called’ Middle Classes in the last 15 years. This is all because the Banksters have very tight collars with very short leashes. In China the Banks are under the rigid control of the people’s representatives.
If America and Europe can put aside its prejudices (capitalism vs communism BS) and learn this lesson from China, then they can enjoy the same kind of stable economic growth for decade after decade after decade.
Allow the FED to continue its enslavement of the American People and we are all doomed.

I dunno dude. Have you studied it or are you just doing the normal knee jerk reaction to anything outside of your comfort zone.
I’m not supporting, however, the point he makes is valid in this sense. Our government is supposed to control the money supply, not a private bank.
Now, if the government controls the money, at least allegedly they would do it for the people. The fed, being a private bank, has fiduciary responsibility to its shareholders, none of whom are US citizens….whoops, can’t say that, we aren’t allowed to KNOW who owns the fed. But, we do know it is not the US government.
I would hope that would scare you. Kinda like having your credit and debit cards stolen, only you can’t do anything about it.

The average wage in Zhongshan, Guangdong, China is RMB 3,500 per month for an average of 47 hours work per week which is RMB 17.18 per hour or USD 2.71 per hour. That may not seem much, but on average the cost of living for regular person in Zhongshan is 1/6 of the USA, so that would be the equivalent of an American earning USD 16.26 per hour. People earning up to RMB 3,500 per month pay no income tax and there for that is net pay. So, the average gross annual pay of a Zhongshan person is USD 47,000 if multiplied by 6 to put it in line with the cost of living and add back the tax. I’d say that’s middle class.
In the Pearl River Delta area, most 20 something factory workers in the Guangdong Province earn about USD 1.80 per hour (not 30 cents), which again would be the equivalent of 10.80 net per hour, or the equivalent of an American earning USD 32,000 per year gross when adjusted by cost of living. That’s the average factory worker in China’s earning power compared to an American.
Most Chinese save more than 30% of their income each year, and that can only be possible if they have costs below their income.
As I said, if you can get your BS prejudices out of the way, you might learn something useful to you.

The CDC site will confirm that vaccines, especially flu shots, do still contain mercury. The fact that you people are all stupid enough to vote for a Republican confirms your loss of brain cells. All Dems and Reps are enemies of the people. They’re the scumbags who screwed up our country.
This IS the most pressing issue we face since it is dumbing down our children. None of them will be smart enough to vote against Dems and Reps. If we can’t vote them out of office, we’re all screwed.

Dr Mark Maly, Speaking as one who removes mercury from victims’ brains that was put there by idiot doctors., you have a lot to learn about medicine. You could use a few lessons in logic too. Red Herrings that don’t address mercury as the problem demonstrate your complete misunderstanding of the problem. Keep up the malpractice.

Oh, and to touch on vaccines, seems modern children in America are subjected to three times as many vaccines as Europeans or Americans my age.
A med student friend once told me that every 14 years half what is known in medicine is surpassed or over turned given new medical knowledge. We haven’t systematically studied vaccines since, when Salk? Even now, new vaccines are not tested for efficacy, as it is considered “immoral” to deny vaccines to any group. The newer vaccines are only tested for safety.
Everything in moderation.
First do no harm.
Does a newborn baby really need a hepB vac at birth? Hep B is contracted through contact with infected blood and bodily fluids, unless you plan to pimp out your baby, make a heroin addict of it, or feed it blood, I would just pass on HepB at birth. Why mess with the newborns, as yet probably unknown, biological transition from the womb to the world?
I am not knocking all vaccines, but people who do not question the “wisdom” of medicine are doomed to suffer the consequences of a for profit industry that makes money off of your poor health.

Get that Dr. Paul into office, protect him and let him do his job or your country and its people will redefine just how vast and all encompassing a political tragedy can be.

There is a distinct difference between “Hope” and “Believe”. I truly hope that Ron Paul will be the US next President, but I do also believe that he might not die peacefully. This country is so sick to the core, because of the Neo Conservatives (the Donald Rumfelds, Paul Wolfowitzes, Dick Cheneys, just to mention a few die hards that have become too powerful and have to many secrets to hide), that I ‘believe’ the Nation might be in for another “Dallas” but ‘hope’ that Mr. Paul will have enough time to expose these “Enemies of the State” as such.
Apart from all the conspiracy theories, these misfits are the cause of too many American military personnel and civilians, next to making the USA the most hated country in the world! And Americans by nature are peacefully, honest, kind, helpful and responsible people and these Neo Conservatives with their NAZI doctrine, looking for USA (read personal) dominance have ruined the good name of the USA.
I do not intimately know what drives Ron Paul, but I truly ‘hope’ that he will get rid of the Federal Bank and bring that institute under the responsibility of the Treasury, at the same time order a mass investigation to the way the banksters have orchestrated the downfall of the economy and when found guilty, go after the people that allowed them to do that at the expense of the people, and confiscate their wealth as one could class these people as “Traitors” (Aren’t individuals opposing the interest of the people of the USA to be called and subsequently treated as “traitors” ?) It might be a good thing afteral that Quantanamo has not been closed yet, as that would be the best place for these people (earlier mentioned gang of politicians, the banksters and any other person that has been in bed with them or that has known about their crimes and did not do anything to stop them) to be incarcerated in.
If Mr. Paul doesn’t win the Presidency, I fear for the future of the USA and the rest of the world, as no one in the USA would like its country to fight a global war where all countries might side against the USA, for that truly is what I believe, eventually might happen and I also believe that Mr. Paul’s fears are the same, as I have seen Mr. Paul previous attempts over the last 25 years, none of them being so well orchestrated, none of them showing him to be so driven, dedicated and inspired.
As other people all seem to have their own list of skeletons in their closet, I fear that in Mr. Paul’s closets, mainstream journalism will only find nicely stacked underwear, shirts etc.
You might have guessed that I am NOT an American citizen, but I have as much right to call myself one as that Jack Kennedy had when he was in Berlin, stating “Ich bin ein Berliner!”.
I still think that the American constitution should be adhered to and not changed or raped as Mr. Cheany, Worfowitz, Rumsfeld and a few others have done and still keep doing it, making the countries most important paper like toiletpaper. This has to stop and Ron Paul might just be the person to restore order in this chaos.

Newt is a man of many convictions. They just have not caught up with him yet. And I resent your inferring Newt is inconsistent or fickle about his beliefs! Credit where credit is due. Newt’s fidelities and loyalties are to his lord. The image in the mirror. If you note any sense of brittleness in Newt, it is because to lose face is to lose all. And he has been suckered into believing the one in the mirror will never betray him.

As a non-partisan observer of the political scene, Dr Paul appears to be principled and sincere. How much he could actually accomplish if elected, is more doubtful. If he could even survive physically could come into question. The last group of those capable of real leadership, the Kennedy’s, Dr Martin Luther King, were actually assasinated. I could easily see that fate arriving for Dr Paul should he seriously try to implement some of his policy ideas.

While I don’t agree with Ron Paul on everything, he is the best of the Republican candidates. He is pro-life, pro-Constitution, against endless wars that squander our nation’s money, and for a sound monetary system rather than a paper-based fiat system like we have now. Kudos to you Mr. Paul, and Godspeed to you. I favor Ron Paul as the Republican candidate for President of the united states of America (POTUS). As for his age, this should not be a factor as he is healthy and Ronald Reagan was old when he was elected as POTUS.
