How to protect yourself from fluoride poison

Wed. Oct. 10, 2012
(NaturalHealth365) Fluoride is a persistent and non-degradable poison that accumulates in soil, plants, wildlife, and human body tissue. Fluoride is more toxic than lead, but not quite as toxic as arsenic. When used in pesticides, it is no more inert than lead and arsenic; seeking out calcium-rich tissues in the human body. In other words, nasty stuff.
The dental industry has sold its soul to the devil
Fluoride has now been in America’s drinking water for decades. Most people have accumulated fluoride in the tissues which can cause serious health problems such as, DNA damage; cancer; thyroid dysfunction; Alzheimer’s disease; and hormonal imbalance. And, the worse part, modern dentistry has promoted the use of fluoride and poisoned millions of people with its usage.
A great deal of animal and human research since 1990 has gone into the dangers posed by water fluoridation. In 1998, a study published in Brain Research reported damage to rat kidneys and brain – at very low doses. Aluminum-fluoride and sodium fluoride caused amyloid deposits in the rat’s brain. These deposits are tangles in the brain associated with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia.
How to avoid fluoride poisoning
The first step is to minimize the consumption of fluoride, by using reverse osmosis or distillation in communities where water is fluoridated or finding a source for gathering natural, spring water.
According to the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR), “Cooking food in fluoridated water results in increased dietary fluoride levels.” Approximately 60 percent of United States public drinking water supplies are fluoridated. And, unlike chlorine, fluoride does not enter the steam when water is boiled. In other words, when cooking with fluoridated water – the fluoride increases in concentration.
Sulfuryl fluoride is used to fumigate places where food is stored, and at the same time this gets sprayed on grains, dried fruit, coffee, cocoa beans and nuts. Food facilities in Canada and Europe rely on temperature controls and tighter cleaner storage containers, rather than pesticides. Sulfuryl fluoride was approved as a termite insecticide.
So, avoiding conventionally grown foods sprayed with pesticides, and buy organic and locally grown (unsprayed) foods – as much as possible. Processed foods such as instant tea, grape juice products, and soy milk for babies all contain high concentrations of sodium fluoride, as do many pharmaceutical drugs.
Best ways to detoxify from fluoride toxicity
Magnesium inhibits the absorption of fluoride into your cells, and calcium attracts the fluorides away from tissues that store fluoride. Foods high in both would be a good place to start the detoxification process.
Iodine has been clinically demonstrated to increase the urine excretion of sodium fluoride from the body, by changing it to the calcium fluoride form. In this process, calcium is lost, and it is a must to keep up calcium rich foods. High quality seaweed and organic (dark) leafy green vegetables are highly recommended for this purpose.
Tamarind (“Indian date”) has been used medicinally in Ayurvedic Medicine, the fruit pulp, bark, and leaves from the tea are converted to teas and tinctures, which have the ability to eliminate fluorides through the urine.
Liver cleanses may be effective for eliminating fluorides and other toxins. There are many protocols including at home ones, coffee enemas used while on a juicing detox program. Other ones focus on clearing the gall bladder which is connected to the health of the liver.
Dry saunas along with exercise help release sodium fluoride stored in fatty tissue. This requires drinking plenty of fluoride-free water to replenish the minerals lost through sweating.
By the way, to remineralize distilled or reverse osmosis water – you may want to consider using Quintessential Marine Plasma.
Vitamin C, in abundance, is helpful with any detox program, and the best way food sources are: organic berries, citrus fruits, asparagus, avocado, cantaloupes, greens, pineapple, and cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage, kale and spinach.
For high does vitamin C therapies – you may consider intravenous or oral treatments with “liposomal” vitamin C – in liquid form.
Bentonite Clay taken both internally or externally and fulvic acid help with overall health and assist with fluoride removal.
The only total assurance that you are limiting your fluoride intake is a healthy lifestyle which includes clean water, organic produce, and exercise. Remember, the best defense (sometimes) is a good offense – take action today to protect yourself from harm.
