Anti-Malarial Remedy Erases Lung Cancer Cells in 16 Hours

Considering that is one of the most deadly diseases, scientists are constantly searching for a cure for lung cancer. According to research published in the “Life Science”, Artemisinin (Sweet wormwood or Artemisia Annua and its derivatives) is one of those remedies which can neutralize the cancer cells to 98% in only 16 hours.
This herb itself, reduces the lung cancer cells by 27%, but in combination with iron, fully and successfully erases the cancer. In this experiment, this herb has no effect on healthy cells of the lungs.

Artemisinin has been used as a potent antimalarial remedy, but also demonstrated that this remedy is effective in the fight against lung cancer. It is used for thousands of years in China. The malaria parasite cannot survive in the presence of artemisinin, because it is rich in iron. Adding iron in combination with artemisinin, as addition to lung cancer issue, selectively attacks the bad cells and leaves the good ones intact.
In general, the results show that Artemisinin stops “E2F1″ transcription factor and intervene in the destruction of the cancer cells. This means that Artemisinin is transcription way of controlling the growth of lung cancer. That is the conclusion of lung cancer research in cancer laboratory at the University of California.

Lung Cancer Artemisia AnnuaDeposits of iron in lung cancer cells are specific receptors that help in cell division. Normal cells have these receptors, but the cancer cells can be targeted by the combination of iron and Artemisinin.
Combination Against Lung Cancer Cells
There are numerous experiments. All of them have shown that Artemisinin in combination with iron can definitely destroy lung cancer.
The first scientists who discovered this are bioengineers from Washington University, Henry Lai and Narendra Singh. Their research showed that lung cancer cells are susceptible to self-destruction.
