98.6F Ideal Body Temperature

The easiest, safest and most effective way of treating most disease, including cancer, is to increase body temperature with infrared therapy. It is a foundational treatment, which has profound ramifications for thyroid sufferers, patients with adrenal issues and even for people with restless leg syndrome. Doctors waste a lot of their time and patients money administering other treatments, which cannot work as long as core body temperature is not raised back to normal.
98,6° F is the ideal body temperature for optimal health. That temperature is the guarantor for good blood circulation and is the mainstay for vitality and strong immune system strength. Low temperatures between 94.1°- 96,8° F is common with most patients with chronic illnesses. It is not too difficult to deduct that a cold person is an ill person.
98,6° F is the natural operating temperature for most people. Immune system function, vitality and metabolism decrease with temperature loss about 50-70%. The warm loss often appears with cold hands and feet, but also with the chronic cold illnesses: Depressions, Burnout, tiredness, arthrosis, impotence, Parkinson’s, MS and dementia as well as many other diseases.
Cancer tumors grow faster with 95° F. Germany’s bestselling author Uwe Karstädt new book 98,6° F - Ideal Body temperature for Optimal Health offers a wealth of knowledge and a cut through method of maintaining health or returning to it once we have succumbed to low body temperature and chronic disease. According to the author, low temperature is a plague of the 21st century.
Are you like this woman?
“I constantly feel cold,” explained Mrs. Shiver when I asked her about her body temperature. “How about putting on an extra jacket and some warm socks?” I inquired further. “It doesn’t help. I drink hot tea and wear warm clothes as if it were winter year-round. The coldness comes from deep down inside of me. I only feel warm while taking a hot bath or in the sauna. But I can’t just sit in the bathtub all day now, can I?”
“Coldness in the body is much more than a bothersome and inconvenient symptom. Coldness makes us sick. This coldness, which causes such enormous discomfort in the majority of my patients, is not a trivial matter. A sufficient body temperature is more than just a cozy and pleasant feeling. Proper body heat is one of the fundamental pillars of good health. Warmth within the body is like the sun for our life here on earth. 98.6° is an indication of vibrant health, strength and vitality. We are “hot”, full of glowing” love when we reproduce; the Grim Reaper, however, takes our life from us with an icy hand. The summer of life is warm and vibrant while winter silences life, burying it under snow and ice,” writes Karstädt.
“No athlete can achieve peak performances without first “warming up”. A chef cannot prepare a meal without first heating water, bringing it to a boil. A person cannot be healthy without maintaining the body’s “operating temperature”, and this temperature is approximately 98.6°F or, more precisely, the temperature range from 98.0°F to 99.1°F. I am always implying this narrow window of about 1.0 degrees when I refer to 98.6°F as in the book title,” continues Karstädt.
“Many of my patients have told me about their odyssey of suffering, about hypothermic symptoms lasting decades, and attending physicians who never even bothered to take their body temperature, not even once in all these years. Reports of icy hands and feet that even “resist” warming while lying in bed with a hot-water bottle are overlooked.”
When we look at the fact that lower body temperature decreases enzyme activity, we can appreciate how important it is medically speaking to maintain optimal body heat. Body temperature is the foundation ofgood health. Low body temperature is a strong indication that there is something wrong that can be fixed easily with daily use of infrared technology.
Karstädt says, “Infrared makes up 50% of the heat radiation from the sun; it warms us instantly and deeply. What applies to UV rays is also true for infrared rays. We are not exposed to enough of these rays and are, consequentially, not warmed sufficiently. The effects of too little sunlight results in two phenomena that I frequently encounter in my practice: vitamin D deficiency and lack of body 80 heat or hypothermia. A person, who is exposed to the sun on a daily basis and is heated from the inside by the infrared rays, also carries this heat throughout the night. Many people have experienced this accumulation phenomenon when they return from a vacation in the sun and feel “fully charged”. The heat reservoir can last for days – sometimes even weeks.”
“Give me fever and I can cure every disease,” said Hippocrates about 2,500 years ago. Healing professionals all over the world heal with a similar approach. In fact, heat applications permeate all of the world’s cultures throughout the millennia. Many naturopathic healing methods have incorporated the practice of increasing the body’s temperature.
Raising the body temperature is synonymous with an increased immune response. Professor Abo from Japan confirmed a 40% improvement in the function of the immune system by raising the body temperature by only 1.8° Fahrenheit. Another scientist, Ishihara Yumi, PhD (Japan), established that our immune system much stronger when the body temperature is increased by 1.8°; inversely, the immune system is weakened by 30% if the body temperature is lowered by 1.8°. His statistical analyses revealed a decline in body temperature amongst the Japanese population by an average of 0.9° over the last 50 years. In his studies, Professor Hiromi Shinya, PhD (Albert Einstein College of Medicine, NY, USA) confirmed that, lowering the body temperature by only 0.9°, results in a 30% decline in enzyme and immune activity. He also discovered that cancer cells can multiply much faster at 95°F than at 98.6°F.
The following is a list of symptoms and illnesses that are caused or favored by hypothermia:
Colds
Fatigue
Depressive moods
Burnout
Inability to concentrate, forgetfulness
Allergies, asthma
Arthritis, arthrosis, joint pain
Cold hands, cold feet, Raynaud syndrome
Anxieties, panic
Coordination disturbances
Dry eyes, blurry vision
Dry hair, loss of hair
Dry skin and mucosa
Headaches, migraines
Intolerance to cold or heat
Low blood sugar
Loss of libido
Impotence
Weight gain
Psoriasis
Fibromyalgia
Muscle pain
Premenstrual symptom, cramps during monthly
period
High and low blood pressure
Constipation
Poor wound healing
Water accumulations, edemas
Cancer
Dementia, Alzheimer’s disease
Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis
My experience is that sleeping on a Biomat offers the best treatment for cold conditions and is instrumental in treating cancer because of the increased immune response. One can spend a hundred thousand dollars today for sophisticated toxic chemo drugs designed to increase immune system function or one can purchase a Biomat for between seven hundred and seventeen hundred dollars depending on the size.
“Just some feedback on the Biomat. Firstly, the hip pain reduced greatly particularly when on the mat at night. I have it at four notches for 8 hours. The overall hip pain reduced from a seven on the Glasgow pain scale to say three. I hope it continues to improve. 2. Numb and stiff fingers particularly right hand reduced symptoms. Still stiff in morning but after less than a minute all working normally. 3. I have had a virus. Pain in the back. Severe actually hardly able to move on day one. Use of mat on high for 2 hours, for two days, in conjunction to my usual sleeping use, has seen my symptoms almost disappear. I am now in day four and almost recovered. I am sure if I had no Biomat, the pain would have been intolerable without painkillers. I also notched up my Vit C to 20g a day, which I seem to be able to tolerate 4x5g doses. Taking the selenium and bicarbonate and sulfur. Nascent iodine and colloidal silver. Mike
