 Tea from fresh watermelon seeds:
Ingredients:
  • 4 tablespoons exclusively fresh watermelon seeds
  • 2 liters of water
Instructions:
Crumble the fresh seeds well and boil them in 2 liters of water for 15 minutes.
Dosage:
The amount is distributed and consumed within two days. The third day you make a pause. The process lasts for few weeks in the same order- drink the first two days and pause the third day.
