On Monday May 24th the GMC (British govt medical commission) will convene to announce, as expected, that Dr. Andrew Wakefield is to be struck off the license rolls. However, Dr. Wakefield's supporters believe, in light of the improprieties of the Legal Services Commission and GMC, it is hoped that the panel in Wakefield's case will be discharged pending a full inquiry.
