Former chief of ISI Lt Gen (Retd), Hamid Gul has said India was dreaming of establishing its hegemony over Pakistan since the last 61 years and wants to mount an impossible and unacceptable pressure on Pakistan.
While talking Wednesday, the former ISI chief warned it would not be easy for India to indulge in confrontation with country like Pakistan.

India dismembered Pakistan but it could not maintain its hegemony over it, he held. “We gave in to US after 9/11. India also wants to mount pressure like this which is not possible. If we accept India’s supremacy it would be negation of two nation theory”, he underlined.

India violated Indus Water Treaty, built Baglihar dam over and stopped water supply to Pakistan, he went on to say. This caused loss to the tune of Rs 1.5 trillion, he added
