Is Canada next for the pneumonic plague?

A Pneumonic Plague Training Drill was held in Canada on November 9. A video shows police turning people away from a hospital.

The pneumonic plague was diagnosed in at least two victims in the Ukraine according to hospital sources in the country. However, it is not clear where the plague came from with evidence strongly suggesting that the plague was triggered with the help of the government in order to have a pretext to implement martial law.
