This juice keeps your arteries healthy,
drops blood pressure, and prevents
heart attacks and stroke
As you may know, it's vital to keep your arteries in great health. The healthier they are, the healthier you are. Unhealthy arteries become stiff and don't deliver blood as effectively. They also are more prone to clot. In the past, I've given you various ways to keep your arteries flexible and soft. Now researchers have found another way. And it's completely natural.

What's amazing about this new study is that the researchers saw changes occurring within just four hours. What could possibly work this fast? It's cranberry juice.

These researchers used a double-strength cranberry juice drink containing 835 mg of total polyphenols (94 mg of anthocyanins). They gave the drink to participants for just four weeks. They found that it dropped femoral wave velocity (a fancy way of saying artery stiffness) from 8.3 to 7.8 meters/second. Compare that to those taking a placebo. Their wave velocity went up from 8.0 to 8.4 m/s.

Just 3 mg of this essential "anti-aging" nutrient could protect you from brittle bones... painful joints... memory loss... prostate problems... and more
But I'll practically guarantee you won’t find it in your multivitamin formula!

What's more, the researchers even saw improvements in brachial artery flow (from 7.7 to 8.7). Digital pulse amplitude also improved from 0.10 to 0.23. They found all these changes occurred just four hours after the participants drank a single 480 ml dose of cranberry juice. Please note that these were three different measures of the same end effect — improvement in arterial function.
If cranberry juice can improve arterial health, it will improve your overall health. It will drop your blood pressure and reduce your risk for heart attacks and stroke. Perhaps this is one reason my blood pressure is a startling 90/60 and my arterial age is a few decades less than my chronological age. You know my diet is heavily laden with God-made plants like cranberries.
The good news is it doesn't have to be just cranberries. You'll find the same polyphenols in all berries, fruits, and whole Living Foods. If you don't think you're getting enough (and it's hard to get too much) you can supplement with Advanced Greens Formula. I like this product because of its high content of polyphenols. I personally designed this formula from polyphenol-rich plants, including cranberries.
Yours for better health and medical freedom,
