Directions:
1. Place the milk in a saucepan over medium heat

4. Heat for another minute or two, do not overheat milk. Stir to get better heat distribution.
5. Turn off heat, cover, and let the mixture sit for 10 minutes.
6. Strain milk if you used fresh ingredients.
7. Serve warm.
