You will need the following ingredients:
- 2 tbsp ginger powder
- 1/2 tbsp ground chili peppers
- 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
- 3 oz (1 dl) fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 garlic clove
Instructions how to prepare it:
Pour the lemon juice in some bowl and add crushed garlic, chili powder, cinnamon and ginger powder to it. Mix well all the ingredients and add honey in the end. Leave the mixture like that for 3 hours at room temperature. Store the syrup in some glass jar, close it well and keep it in the fridge.
Instructions how to consume it:
Consume one tablespoon of this syrup each morning on empty stomach if the purpose why you consume it is to improve your immunity.
If you consume it for treatment of cold take 1 tablespoon three times a day before each meal.
