remedy for Haemorrhoids

Kiro Smilkov likes this remedy for your haemorrhoids:
Hemorrhoids are caused by an increase in pressure on the veins of the anus and rectum. According to the statistics, around 12 percent of the population suffers from hemorrhoids, and up to 75 percent of the population will experience hemorrhoids at some point in their lives.
It occurs equally in both men and women. The pressure on the veins causes swelling, pain, and bleeding. Hemorrhoids may occur with constipation, lifting heavy objects, obesity, pregnancy, and childbirth.
If you are suffering from hemorrhoids, you can make this ointment for hemorrhoids treatment, which can be prepared very quickly and has helped many people get rid of this unpleasant condition.
For the preparation of this ointment, you will need
– One tablespoon raw, organic honey
– Ten grams of finely powdered propolis
– 50 ml cold pressed olive oil
– 50 grams of raw bee wax
Preparation of the ointment
Mix one tablespoon honey with ten grams finely powdered propolis. Mash the mixture with a wooden spoon in a smaller glass until the mixture becomes homogenous. Before use, keep the propolis in the fridge for few hours. That will allow you to crush the propolis easier.
In a second bowl, pour 50 ml cold pressed olive oil and add 50 grams of beeswax. Put the mixture on a low heat temperature until it starts to boil. After that, remove it from the heat and let it cool down slightly. When it cool down, add the mixture from the honey and propolis, and mix well.
Store the ointment in a glass jar in the fridge.
How to use it
Put a piece of gauze dipped in this ointment into the anus every night. Leave it in all night. Remove in the morning.
Also, you can make suppositories from this ointment. Before using, put them in the fridge for about twenty minutes to harden. Before going to sleep, put one suppository into the anus. Do this procedure every night, until the problem relieves completely.

Also, to help your healing process consume more foods rich in fiber(at least 30 grams daily), drink more water (fluids are required for fiber to travel smoothly through the digestive tract), wheat germ (it is a rich source of vitamin E, which prevents blood clots), and eat small meals.
