I wonder how he got to this conclusion of course, is he privy to information or did he use his mind and resources to come to that conclusion, I could not find any more information on it, anybody in the loop.

What more evidence does anyone need?
Of course, admitting that this happened, and NOTHING was done to stop it, compared to what they did at Chernobyl, will make the Japanese seem like… well you fill in the blanks..
