Gut Healing Bone Broth with Organic Greens

- About 32 ounces of Gut Healing Bone Broth
- 3 zucchini, roughly chopped
- 1 yellow squash, roughly chopped
- 4 stalks celery, chopped
- 10 ounces spinach
- 5 basil leaves
- 2 cloves garlic, smashed
- 1 inch ginger, peeled and roughly chopped
- Leftover Roasted Chicken (optional)
- Avocado (optional)
Heat bone broth in large pot over medium heat. Add zucchini, squash, celery, spinach, basil, garlic and ginger. Simmer for about 30 minutes or until vegetables are soft. Using an immersion blender blend soup until smooth. If you do not have an immersion blender, transfer ingredients with a ladle into standing blender and blend in batches.
Option to serve with leftover Roasted Chicken and avocado slices.
